Research Overview
CJC-1295 (without DAC) is a synthetic analogue of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH), a 29-amino acid peptide. Without the Drug Affinity Complex (DAC), it has a shorter half-life and is studied for its pulsatile stimulation of growth hormone release.
Published research has examined CJC-1295’s ability to stimulate GH and IGF-1 secretion in animal models, its synergistic effects when combined with GHRP compounds such as Ipamorelin, and its half-life characteristics relative to endogenous GHRH. Studies have investigated applications in models of GH deficiency and age-related hormonal decline.
